How do I get my username and password?

If you forgot your Username and Password, we will be happy to send you information to help you with this. Please click here. On this page, you will need to enter your username or the email address you used to create your account. An email will be sent to this email address with your Username and your Password and additional instructions.

What if I have changed my email address?

If you've changed email addresses or forgotten which email address you used when you created the account, please contact us with as much of the following information as possible: your old email address, first name, last name, street address, city, state, country, zip code, and phone number. Once we verify your information, we will email your Username and Password to your current email address.
